Admission Application

You are eligible to enroll at Moraine Valley Community College if you are:

A graduate from an accredited high school
A recipient of a GED certificate or other High School Equivalency certificate
At least 18 years old and capable of benefiting from college-level instruction. High school students must be at least 16 years old at the time of registration and submit a completed high school authorization form
Planning to enroll in English as a second language, GED or Adult Basic Education classes

If you are an International Student please use the International Student application to apply to the college.

In order to submit an online application, a required $25 non-refundable application fee must be paid by using a credit or bank card at the time of application. Your application will not be considered complete without payment. If you are unable to use a credit card for payment, please contact the Admissions office at 708-974-5355 or visit Building S, Room S101. MVCC does not accept American Express. If you do not have a Social Security Number, please visit the Admissions office, Building S, Room S101 or Multicultural Student Affairs, Building S, Room S216 to complete the application.
